Subscription policy
This Subscription Policy summarizes how Copybang handles plan changes, renewals, and access when you subscribe to paid features. The detailed rules for cancellation and payment are in our Subscription terms.
Plans and access
Your subscription determines which features, usage limits, and support levels are available. We may update plans, features, or pricing from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law or as described at checkout.
Renewals
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period (see Subscription terms), subscriptions renew automatically for the next period at the then-current rate.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access to paid features, or cancel the subscription after notice, consistent with our agreements with payment providers and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your account as described in the Subscription terms. Canceling stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the paid period already in progress.
Marketing communications
Opting out of marketing emails does not cancel a paid subscription. To stop billing, follow the cancellation steps in your membership settings or contact support@copybang.com. For email-only marketing preferences, use our Unsubscribe page.
