User agreement
PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE MADE ACCESSIBLE BY COPYBANG (THE “WEBSITE” OR “SERVICES”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE ANY RELATED SOFTWARE EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Introduction
- Copybang reserves the right to update and modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate. If you do not agree with a modification, you must stop using the Services. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
- All right, title, and interest in and to the Services and Software (including, without limitation, logos, images, photographs, and text incorporated into the Services) are owned by Copybang and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.
- Software or components that are distributed with a separate end user license agreement are governed by that separate agreement to the extent it applies.
1. Account
By creating a Copybang account or by accessing and using the hosted Services, you agree to maintain the security of your account and its content, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any actions taken in connection with the Services. You must not describe or assign content to your account in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others. Copybang may change or remove any content that it considers inappropriate, unlawful, or likely to cause Copybang liability. You must promptly notify Copybang of any unauthorized use of your account or other security incidents.
Copybang is not liable for your acts or omissions, including any damages arising from them, except where prohibited by law.
2. Password
Your credentials protect your user account. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and authentication factors confidential and secure. You are responsible for all use (including unauthorized use) of your username and password on the Service. If your credentials are lost, stolen, or you believe a third party has accessed your account, notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

For issues caused by user configuration, third-party systems, or misuse, we may offer paid technical support where available; fees, if any, depend on the complexity and time required.
