This Refund Policy explains how Copybang handles refund requests for paid subscriptions and related charges. It works alongside our Subscription terms.
General
Refund eligibility depends on your location, the payment method, the type of purchase, and applicable consumer protection laws. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, we honor it in accordance with the law and any instructions we provide at checkout.
Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions, canceling stops future renewals; amounts already charged for the current period may not be refunded unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with your account email and transaction details.
