These Terms of Service govern access to the Copybang website and services. By using Copybang, you agree to these terms together with our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and, if you purchase a paid plan, our Subscription terms.
Service description
Copybang provides online tools and AI-assisted features for editing and transforming images, including presets, background removal, enhancement, and style-related workflows, as described on the Site from time to time.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your account. You are responsible for activity under your credentials. See the User Agreement for full account and security terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services—including attempting to break security, overload systems, scrape the Site in violation of our rules, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
Copybang and its licensors own the Services, branding, and related materials. Subject to these terms and any feature-specific terms, you retain rights in content you upload; you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Services for you.
Disclaimers and limitation
The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Copybang’s liability is limited as set forth in the User Agreement and any additional terms at checkout.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Services. We will post updates here and may provide additional notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
