Subscription terms
These Subscription Terms explain how paid plans, trials, renewal, and cancellation work for Copybang. They supplement our User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Before you subscribe
To use certain Website Services, you may need to register an account and complete the order process, including providing valid payment information where a paid plan is selected.
If you are unsure whether to continue, we recommend canceling before the end of any trial or billing period to avoid unwanted charges. We disclose pricing clearly before any payment is taken.
Subscription and auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle you select (for example, monthly), unless you cancel in accordance with this section. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before the current billing period ends, unless your payment provider or local law requires a different notice period.
How to cancel
- Log in to your Copybang account.
- Open your profile or account menu (typically in the top-right area of the Site).
- Go to Membership or Membership plan.
- Select Cancel subscription (or equivalent) and follow the prompts.
After cancellation, your plan generally remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges should occur for subsequent cycles. Exact behavior may depend on your payment method and regional rules.
Important: If you do not cancel before a renewal date, the next billing charge may still apply under your plan terms. If you are unsure about continuing, cancel early.
Payment terms
We accept major debit and credit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) and other methods we display at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (for example, Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Services are generally provided on a prepaid basis: payment must be completed (or a valid trial activated, where offered) before paid features are available, unless we specify otherwise at checkout.
